Inspired by Breast Cancer Awareness month, our hope is that early detection becomes a ritual in our community. “The cancer we’re detecting can’t be felt by the touch,” shares Majed Maalouf, M.D. “What’s frightening is that there can be cancer with no lump – that’s why early detection is the best protection.”
The Jameson Health Care Foundation & the Jameson Women’s Center are proud to raise awareness on the importance of early detection at the Fifth Annual Paint the Town PINK: JHS Fashion Show & Marketplace for free on Sunday, October 19th, 2014 from 1pm-4pm at the New Englander in New Castle. It’s an exhibitor market place, the Sherry Chessin Fashion Show, Chinese & silent auctions, chances to win prizes, and opportunities to learn about women’s health. Last year’s event proved to be a success, with an attendance of more than 600 people. Join us at the 5th Annual Paint the Town Pink: JHS Fashion Show & Women's Expo on October 19th.
Proceeds benefit the Jameson Women's Center providing complete cycle breast care including digital mammography, stereotactic minimally-invasive breast biopsy, breast surgery and breast reconstructive surgery.
