Position: Director of Engineering, Full time/Exempt

Department: Engineering

Qualifications:  The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years Engineering experience preferably in an acute healthcare setting or large facility operation.  Previous management/supervisory experience required, with demonstrated knowledge of project management and employee development preferred.  High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field highly desirable. A demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and physical plant operations as well as experience  and fluency with The Joint Commission (JCAHO)and other required regulatory standards/codes are essential. Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects/deadlines required.
