Employee Recognition Programs

  • C.A.R.E. Heroes / Monthly C.A.R.E. Hero of Distinction
    employees living the organizational values: Compassion, Attitude, Respect, Excellence are recognized by patients and their loved ones, physicians, co-workers and guests
  • C.A.R.E. Relay Medalist
    weekly peer-to-peer recognition program, employees "pass the baton" to a top performer outside of their own department and are awarded a custom-designed C.A.R.E. t-shirt to wear on Fridays
