JHS Announces New Luxury Facility: JHS Care Specialists at Nesbitt Place

Jameson Health System’s new new luxury medical suite, JHS Care Specialists opened in August and serves as the physician offices of specialty surgeons:
- Fernando Hayetian, M.D. Dr. Hayetian is a Board Certified General Surgeon performing minimally-invasive laparoscopic and bariatric procedures.
- Majed Maalouf, M.D. Dr. Maalouf is a plastic/reconstructive surgeon performing detailed cosmetic surgery, trauma reconstruction, general surgery and breast surgery.
- Steven Hand, D.O. Beginning full-time in August, Dr. Hand has gained a loyal patient following this past year working part-time at JHS while completing a Total Joints & Reconstruction fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic.
- Kenneth Molinero, D.O. Dr. Molinero has extensive expertise in subspecialized trauma and reconstructive orthopedics. Dr. Molinero and Dr. Hand are seeing patients for all general orthopedic needs.
“And we have plenty of room to grow!” commented Patty Eppinger, Director of Medical Staff Services and Physician Recruitment at Jameson Health System – also the JHS Care Specialists renovation project manager. JHS Care Specialists currently occupies 11,000 square feet with room to add new physicians and expand further. “We have been successfully recruiting a lot of physicians and are increasing our health system facility locations rapidly.” Eppinger explained, “We’re so pleased with this new facility – it’s just beautiful with a contemporary vibe. The space allows for several specialists to be together in a convenient location for patients, right in the heart of Neshannock Township. It’s an opportunity to showcase the growth in this community, and for our physicians to see and treat patients in a comfortable, modern, efficient setting.”
