As part of the health system’s five-year strategic plan, 20 new physicians will join our health system and open practices in our local region between 2011 and 2015.
The success of our physician recruitment initiatives have been heightened by our New Emergency & Surgical Departments Building. Surgeons want to operate in facilities that lend leading-edge technology and performance capabilities to deliver top level quality outcomes. All physicians want to be a part of an organization where they, too, can be the leaders. Our physicians have a voice in the direction of our health system and lead us to continued growth and patient-focused experiences and quality outcomes. Their patients will be cared for in state-of-the-art facilities with access to the latest technology and national standards of care.
