I had an appointment this past week. I received excellent care during my visit by the doctor and staff (Receptionist Vicki, Mammography Tech's Angie and Tammie, Ultrasound Tech Becky) at the Women's Care Center. I was nervous about my appointment and it was a great comfort to me having such a kind, compassionate staff. I will defintely be scheduling my future appointments there. Dr. Gizienski and staff because of my positive experience. I feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful doctor affiliated with Jameson Health System.
The staff at the hospital was amazing. All of the employees were extremely pleasant, from the nurses to diaticians, nurse's aides, and the janitors. The understanding and caring nature of the nurses was top-notch, along with their professional knowledge. As a husband who is observing his wife go through the journey of giving birth, one can only think about her and the baby's well-being. The minute we entered the maternity ward for pre-delivery, the staff was like a well-oiled machine. They wasted no time getting my wife prepped and making her comfortable. Our experience was flawless.

We just wanted to acknowledge Jeff Meditz in Medical Imaging and thank him for the wonderful care he gave my family. This was the first time my daughter had an IV placed and she was very nervous about the whole procedure! Jeff did an awesome job making her feel comfortable, educating her, and even entertaining her. She not only had a good experience, she had fun! Amazing! Kudos to Jeff and to Jameson for enabling him to do a great job. We are very grateful!
Vicki was great, nice to see a smiling face first thing in the morning, and Lauren was excellent, she was cheerful, kind, knowledgeable and caring about my comfort and appeared concerned that I understood the complete procedure.

March l Open House Praises
This Saturday, my wife and I toured your new facility. I just wanted to let you know that you and your team should be very proud. From the ER to the OR, it was absolutely fantastic.
I worked in the Clinical Engineering Department at a large hospital in Pittsburgh for 12 years--so I am very familiar with hospitals, medical equipment, and expansion projects. During my time at the Pittsburgh hospital, I observed and was involved in two large projects; a new Trauma and ER and an OR expansion.
Your facility would rival any one of those projects. The ER rooms are so spacious and well-equipped with the latest technology. The cat-scan and x-ray within the ER department is a great feature and will definitely save time for staff and patients.
The OR was also very impressed with all of the newest technologies and it had a great layout. When I was in the OR Suite, I would have been hard pressed to say if I was in a community hospital or a large, teaching hospital. Again, I commend Jameson for a job well done.

The nurses were exceptional in making medical decisions. The nurses went above and beyond and I was strongly impressed with how knowledgeable these young nurses were.
My husband and I were so overwhelmed by the warmth, care and excellent treatment I received. She noted Allie, RN and Sandy, Aide and there were many others. I was also very pleased with Dietary Department.
The staff is professional and friendly--all one needs in a hospital.
I arrived in the ER with back pain, which ended up being a cardiac issue-- no time was wasted in treating me. Care was excellent and the doctors were outstanding!
The maternity floor was absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for better care during my delivery!
My experience was very good! I was very pleased with the care and the response of the nurses and the aids--exceptional. These people gave me the best care you can ever expect!
The staff in the ER is made up of some of the most compassionate and loving people!

Melissa, the nurse, explained all to me and it was better than the doctor. Very good nurse.

Had a different nurse each day but all of them were very friendly and courteous, includes LPN and GPN. They all saw my ID bracelet before they gave me my pain shot or medicine each time.
Physical Therapy
The PT service from Vickie and Kathie was first class and very helpful to know the correct way to use the walker and PT on my right knee two times a day during my six day stay.
Environmental Services
The person cleaning my room each day was very friendly and did a very good job of cleaning my room for each day of my stay.
Nutritional Services
Meals were served on a timely basis and the female who took my meal orders was a credit to her job. Very friendly and helpful.
2 West
The nurses were all very nice. The staff of TCU and social worker, Rebecca Wendel, were absolutely wonderful! The nurse, Cheryl, was exceptionally helpful also.
Emergency Department
I parked in the ED area and was unsteady on my feet and had difficulty breathing. Security got me a wheelchair, helped me register for x-rays and blood work. After the blood work, the lab person pushed my wheelchair to the ED where Security took me to my car. I commend Jameson and the staff for watching over me.

I was in a lot of pain and had to have an ultrasound. The tech were very compassionate and didn't rush me through the system. I really appreciated their care and concern.

I always prefer Jameson nurses above other hospitals. They always treat you with respect. I have the utmost confidence in the nursing staff at Jameson.
Environmental Services
The housekeeping staff is superb. I was at other hospitals and have found Jameson's housekeeping is way above. The other hospitals could learn from Jameson.

The staff on second floor went way beyond excellent. Kevin was very outstanding.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the two members of your Radiology Team with whom I had the pleasure of meeting and receiving care from during my visit to Jameson Hospital. Marlene, the receptionist, provided excellent service in a very cordial manner. Nancy, Ultrasound tech, provided exceptional care in a highly professional and friendly way. I would like to thank both of them for a comfortable and efficient visit. I view both of these ladies as a valuable asset to your team.

My father was a patient in the hospital. We could not have asked for any better service and care than what he got from the nurses, doctors and all of the hospital staff who were excellent with him. They were all so very kind and attentive. My father is a kind and beautiful man. He really had beautiful people taking care of him.

“I want to be sure that Sandy Boyle is recognized for her outstanding patient CARE. I am very claustrophobic which I informed Sandy. I had to go through a PFT test at the South campus, which makes me very uncomfortable. I told Sandy that if I was able to see her, I wouldn’t panic. Sandy was so kind and wonderful. She stood in front of me the entire time which enabled me to complete the testing. I know “God sent me there.” I really appreciate running into people like Sandy. My father was in the hospital for a week. The nurses were fantastic, the therapists, everybody. They were kind to him when he rang for them to come to help him to the toilet coming in five minutes. They heated his coffee for him, his soup.

My x-ray was for pre-op. If I need hospital services, it is encouraging to know that if I were in the hospital on a regular basis for health issues there would be friendly, helpful people there in my time of need. When distraught, it is especially nice to have great care. I wish you success as you strive to bring Jameson to the forefront in health care.

Kudos to Mark, x-ray technologist. I did my pre-surgery screenings and everyone was truly excellent in all departments. However, Mark stood out from the rest with a simple observation. Today happens to be my birthday and he was the only one to realize and acknowledge it. He wished me a happy birthday twice when he verified my information and again when he said goodbye at the dressing room door. That made my day and I appreciate that he noticed. Simple things do make a difference.
