Wish to return your purchase? Here are the rules for that

Our online store is dedicated to making sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases and receive the right medications to help you in your treatment. If you experience a problem with your order and want to return it, you can do so by following the policies mentioned below.

Delivery of the wrong product

Our pharmacy offers a refund or a replacement if you receive an incorrect product. Our customer support team will help you and you can decide whether you want to get a refund or have the right product sent to you for free.

Delivery of the defective or damaged product

If you receive a product that is either defective or damaged, you should inform our customer support team within 7 days of its receipt. The customer support will ask you to provide your information about the condition of the obtained product and your order number. The issue can be resolved in several ways after consideration by our team and in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy. The product could be replaced, exchanged, or its cost refunded. Returning products

All products that you return will be carefully checked by our team. Remember to pack them properly to ensure their safety during shipping. Until the products that you want to return reach our warehouse, they are deemed in your responsibility. The products can be refunded only after we receive them at the appropriate address specified by our pharmacy.
